Germain arrived and assessed the plumbing problem. Explained in layman's language what needed to be done to achieve the goal of the repair. Germain was knowledgeable, experienced and stated what the time frame would be so the water could be turned back on. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone.

Ericsen did a great job. He explained what I might have to do in the future regarding my plumbing. He was on time and he cleaned up any debris that was caused by the repair. If I have any plumbing needs in the future I will ask for him.

PPS to shut off water to home and remove failed stop and waste valve and install new stop and waste with insulation. Turn water back on and make sure all is well.
to run snake in main line clean out. And run camera and give customer an answer as to why line keeps clogging
Install a dishwasher including the water line, drain, and electrical connection. Replace emergency shutoff valve. Install a stainless steel dishwasher supply line. dispose of the old dishwasher machine / haul away
PPS to install wall mount kitchen faucet. Remove existing faucet and install new wall mount faucet. Restore water and test for leaks.
Water Coming up through the floor she is on a raised foundation in the kitchen area
install 50 gallon water heater. Shut off water to unit and remove from stand. Install new 50 gallon water heater with new shutoff valve, supply lines, gas valve, gas flex, thermal expansion tank, earthquake straps, pan and sediment trap. Restore water and test for leaks.
